worst pharmacy ever they always have an issue when its time to deliver. i have a hospice patient who was discharged from hospice for no reason and the patient really needs to be there because of medication that is proivided by them however they decided that she is not fit for hospice but she still need the medication and this pharmacy keeps rejecting the prespcription even though that the family member is authorized to administer it and the family doctor has prescribed it. this pharmacy does not care for anything read the reviews before doing anything obviously they dont care since they have a contract with whole bunch of clinics and they live of off medicare and medicaid .

Negative stars, unfortunately not an option in Google. This pharmacy services Wellmax. Twice they haven't delivered medication marked as STAT-urgent for my mom. Meanwhile my mother is in pain. I will be filing a report with the BBB, consumer affairs, etc... I wish this place went out of business, they are horrible. Clinics like Wellmax use business like this on to service them because they cheap and clinic owners are only concerned with one thing SUCKING MEDICARE DRY!!!1 so they provide a sub-par service to their patients, they should all be shutdown!

Horrible!!! Worst customer service experience. These people need to better train their employees to answer phone calls and constantly check back on those calls put on hold. First, I waited 25 mins for someone to answer the call, was put on hold to never hear back from them, completely forgot about me after 1 full hour and 10 mins of waiting I ended up hanging up. So disrespectful. I have been waiting for some medications for almost 2 weeks, calling back every other day to find out status of the delivery, all they do is give me the run around and excusing themselves because "they are a little behind". I understand if you're behind a day or two, but not 2 weeks when patients are in need of their meds. CVS and Walgreens will never do this to any client/patient. Never using them again..

Your driver is a Moron!!! first he runs a stop sign and almost caused an accident then drives between 2 lanes of traffic when I honk my horn at him he pulls to the side, opens his window and ironically asks me "what's my hurry?" Then argues with me!!!! I was actually considering switching my parent's medications to your pharmacy, main word there WAS!!!

The driver parked at my driveway when he was getting off the car I let him know that I was going in, he said something and left blocking the driveway I couldn’t get to my home after around 10 minutes when he came back, this place is money hungry
