Outstanding company. I understand they do more than just fire alarm, but my experience with them has been mostly fire alarm. Very friendly, easy to deal with, follow through to completion, and great quality. Their techs are very knowledgeable of their systems and very helpful. I had the honor of managing the electrical portion of their office renovation a few years ago and got to know them even better. Great family and great people.

I could see their attention to detail firsthand on a visit to Eastern Time headquarters.

I've been doing business with Eastern Time for many years. We've had a great relationship and we wouldn't consider working with anyone else for fire alarm systems, door entry systems, and security needs.

Was having issues working from home with connectivity with SE and call EASTERN TIME on recommendation from someone they listened to my frustration and came and installed the next day, the young men that we spoke with and the ones that came to install were very knowledgeable, respectful,answered all our questions and had the new service up and working in no time,even called a few days later to check in to see how it was working . As well as absolutely NO INTERRUPTION IN CONNECTION SINCE becoming a customer with EASTERN TIME for my internet provider and will continue to be a loyal customer. I have had no interruptions in service for internet since having them as our provider. that to me is super important because I require that reliable service for work from home on a computer all day everyday in the medical field. They continue to check in every so often to see how the equipment they installed is and how my internet is working and always answer any questions I may have. Which is nice because I am certainly not a tech person ,I just want to turn it on and it work and have internet which I am sure is a lot of people out there. With Eastern time I have that.
