The drops for the green lot are inadequate and the area takes too long to pick up. We had to walk the full lot area and the waited 15 minutes for a blue bus. Absolute nonsense and ripoff. And then the bus driver told us that oh they just don’t have stops because it’s seasonal and they close at half the year. Fix the nonsense Dulles.
