A very bad experience. My rent record :seaze-103198 ,30/11 the car could not start, then I called the customer care, they sent roadside assistant for me and ask me to pay for 100$ . Then I called the EZ rent customer care, they said if the battery died caused by me I should pay for the 100$ , if the battery is not in a good condition they will refund me the 100$. The roadside person said the battery has a problem, he could not charge it, they only could help to jump start then I must immediately driver to the EZ branch exchange a new car. I drove about one hour to exchange the car. After I come back China, they said I should pay for the 100$, they could not refund me. I waste one day to deal with this problem and pay for 100$. If the battery is in a good condition, They did not need ask me to exchange a new car. At first they said if the battery died not caused by me , they will refund me 100$, but now, I contacted their customer care, they said no refund, they just offer 20% for next rent. Em, I do need the 20% Ok

Where do I start? I was in town on business so being prompt and presentable is always key to my success. I take the shuttle from the airport to the rental location, that was smooth. Props to the bus driver. When I arrive to get my car, the agent was very nice, she got me my keys quickly. Here’s where the story takes a turn. I inspect the car and immediately notice that it’s missing the drivers side mirror and panel insert. I tell her and she says she knows, yet offers no replacement. Short on time I decide to just take the car. But before I leave, I noticed that there was less than a 1/4 tank in the car. I was told it was full and was charged that way. I go back to the counter and it takes them about 20 minutes to make a note of this in their system. When I finally leave, I have to now stop and get gas before reaching my destination in which my business partner is waiting for me. On top of it, at the end of the night I went to move some of my luggage to the truck to lock it and it’s full of trash. Horrible experience. It’s clear that they do not inspect or care to maintain their vehicles and keep them ready for customers. Even though they were inexpensive, I still feel I didn’t get my money’s worth. Bummer

Hi. It was close to the airport and the car was so nice. I returned the car at 7 o'clock today. I left my sunglasses in the car. If you find the sunglasses, I'll ask for your reply. I will go to Seattle on July 2nd. Then I'll go find it. my car. hyundai sonata boy6549

This was our first visit to Seattle and our first encounter with this company. The pick up process was easy. We waited about 5 minutes with maybe 6 people in front of us. The people at the counter were nice and as helpful as they could be, but once they gave us the key fob, we were very much on our own. Nobody inspected the car with us or showed us the features. So imagine our surprise when it took us 5 minutes to figure out that the gear shifter was a dial. It took us a bit to figure out the car and the features and we were fine, but most rental car places walk around the car so you aren't charged for scratches or damage that is already there. They also make sure to show you the main features of the car so that when you drive away, you can focus on the road and not trying to figure out where everything is while driving in unfamiliar areas which is what most ppl who rent cars are doing. HOWEVER, the price was way less than what I expected for the car that we got. The car was clean and in good shape. We noticed a few dings and scratches but not until we got to our hotel and saw it in the light. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but like I said, maybe different places do things differently. I know the airport location is high volume, but safety should come first.

A really unpleasant experience. We rarely rent cars, made a reservation well in advance, and they didn't have the car at the rental time. The attendant did call a couple of other companies to see if they had a comparable sized car, but when not, she told us we could wait a couple hours and see what happens, or too bad. Didn't realize the service would be that fickle. We ended up renting from a competitor and paying several hundred dollars more, which probably could have been avoided if we weren't scrambling at the last minute.
