I want to thank the great team at this Dutch Bros location for their excellent customer service. I live out of state and only get my "fix" yearly when I come to visit. On Tuesday 4-16-24 I purchased my coffee and 15 minutes later tripped and spilled the whole thing. When I came back an hour later they replaced my coffee for free and left me this sweet message. Thank you!!!! I'll see ya next spring!

25 min. 10 before I even ordered. I let them know when I did order that I had 30 min to get to work. Asked if I would get a coffee in a timely fashion. They said, 'Oh yes! No problem" They started bring coffees out to the cars behind me when I was two cars away from the front. I finally just left.

Dutch Brothers is totally great and not too pricey. The employees are so friendly and upbeat. They are so willing to make sure you get a drink that is perfect and surpasses anything Starbucks has to offer. I have not tried any of the food offered here. So I'm rating it a 3 for neutral, no opinion. It has a walk up window as well as a drive thru. The service is the best of any coffee place, no comparison!
