Every time I come here I’m greeted with a smile and have a wonderful experience! They always answer my questions, treat me with respect, and today a young gentleman covered my son’s birthday shake since it was his birthday! Thank you to him for making his day extra special!

Coffee was so good. I went every day for my entire stay in Colorado. My car was skipped one day, and when I was able to flag someone down to get my order in, they covered it for me free of charge. Amazing customer service.

I'll drive 15 minutes out of my way if I see the Dutch Bros windmill on my maps or yelp. I found 2 on my Colorado Springs trip and made 5 visits. I'm a fan. Best coffee I've had outside of Frankfurt or Vienna, and that's saying a ton. Some of the most cheerful and peppy people are happy to greet you and get you your caffeine fix. First found Dutch Bros in Boise and happy to see them branching out, but what does it take to get 4 or 5 of them in Nebraska??? I've never had a bad cup of joe or an order gone wrong, and I've bought a tanker truck of coffee here over the last 8 years.

This place has the worst customer service in reference to speed. I sat in line for 30 mins for a drink. They are so slow at this location. Advice to everyone.... Dont go to this location. Worst in the city. I had leave without my drink because of the delay. Great job guys. Ill never go back.
