I ordered a caramel latte and this is what I got. I simply asked the lady to fix it since there was no coffee in it and she tried explaining how a latte was made…I know how it’s made and this was caramel milk. Learn how to make a drink or just give me a refund.

Want to have absolutely no idea when your order is called because the sound that escapes the overworked employee’s mouth is barely a whisper? Want to have your drink AND food order stolen by the swarm of people clustered in front of the tiny counter space with the whispering workers? Want to have no idea which number in size 10 font is currently stapled to the bag of food unless you mosh pit to the front and hover like a salivating dog waiting at the counter? Then drop on by! By far the absolute worst service & atmosphere I’ve ever seen. I can’t even rate the food or drink because it got straight-up stolen. Worst $13 I’ve ever spent, probably won’t ever go to another DD again simply from this experience. I already know the food in Terminal D is gonna be terrible but to wait 20 minutes only to have your stuff stolen? Spare me. Skip this place and eat literally anywhere else if you enjoy actually receiving your food and drink before your flight.

Nothing revolutionary, just poor filling delivery on their Boston cream doughnuts. With one large bite I should hit filling rather than it all being in one spot. Their just regular dark coffee brought them back up to 4 stars. They don't overcook the beans like Starbucks, and it is a hot but drinkable temp right away. Quick service at the airport.

I had never been to a Dunkin Donuts before. This one is in the Philly Airport. It was a little after 5 am, and not much was open in the airport, however, there was a very, very long line at Dunkin Donuts. My partner got in line, and I saved us a table--good teamwork. We both got coffee--nice and hot--I usually get a dark roast, but I think theirs was blonde--sweeter than a dark roast--but wonderful for early in the morning. We also split a breakfast sandwich, and I had to get a jelly donut. Everything was good except the Raspberry Jelly Donut--it only had one or 2 tablespoons of jelly--nothing like what I was imagining from my childhood. Their prices were very reasonable for an airport. Now I see why so many people were in line so early in the morning.
