Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I went to return it because it looked burnt. The attendant assured me it wasn’t burnt and that’s how they make them in the back and that’s what they all look like. I’ve never seen a plain toasted bagel look like this.

Had no issues with online ordering. They don’t let you customize how you want your coffee (less sweet) so I don’t add any syrup and ask in the front and add as much or as little as I need. The ladies in the front understand that you can’t customize and they are very accommodating. Good here is less greasy then most Dunkin’s which I like!

The worst experience I've had in a long time. Took 50 minutes from waiting in line to getting all my food. I ordered 1 coffee, 1 donut, 1 lemon loaf, & 1 wrap. There were 5 people working, and they didn't know what was going on. Great Wolf Lodge management had to come help and it still was a mess.

Great a Dunkin! Yeah right complete opposite. They need to shut this location down already. You pay for a nice stay and the vibe you get from the employees is off. On top of that service doesn't exist lines down the hallway barely any employees running the show moving at a snails pace. What a turn off. Disappointed thought having a Dunkin in the hotel was gonna be a great experience and it wasen't..

This place was severely understaffed when i was there with only 3 people ahead of me. At 3pm on a saturday it was a 20 minute to wait to just get a medium coffee and the poor lady working there was completely overwhelmed with no one to help her! Dunkin should be ashamed for not providing more staffing. Also, the one employee working there advised me against buying the donut holes i waited there 20 minutes for because they were stale and a day old! I gave her a $5 tip for working her tail off with no help
