Worst service possible. Staff saw me approaching the line to order and just walked off. A 3rd staff member came around the corner and saw the others were gona and walked away too! Ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and go the other locations in the airport

Food was overcooked and overpriced . Drink i ordered was a little too sweet. The cashier got my order wrong, wouldn't give a receipt then tried to short me on a refund!! Disappointed i had a craving cus thats the only reason I bothered to go and it wasn't satisfying.

Donuts didn't seem fresh. Wide variety. Friendly service. Typical airport setting. Short wait time.

I got this French twist or whatever donut because they didn’t have the blueberry cake donut that I generally get. I started eating it and broke a piece off and looked at it and there was this black fuzzy spot.. could be wrong, but looks like mold to me. I won’t be back to this one ever again

How could dunkin refuse the rewards on purchase!! I have their app, but they still didn't scan it, must be kind of fake dunkin outlet or so at gate 23 on IAD terminal
