I had a gift card to use. It wouldn't swipe correctly and was given it back. The next day I tried to use it at my local Dunkin and it wouldn't swipe again. But at my local one they took 5 seconds to type the card in and it worked. This one at the airport that had no line when I was there couldn't be bothered to try a little harder, like 5 seconds of effort harder. Side note they were not safe the other day with blocking emergency equipment.

Oh man, I am so glad to see Dunkin Donuts open at 6:30 AM. The only place open at this time. You guys are a life saver. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

The signature latte doesn’t follow the official recipe and the bacon, egg, and cheese smells like gas station. The cashier was making drinks and getting my order at the same time even though it was not that busy which made me stand and wait for so long. Also they charged me for a second donut which I didn’t ask for and when I asked for a refund they seemed unpleasant. I hope the airport or whoever’s in charge takes this into consideration.

They are supposed to open at 6. Lady workers all showed up at 5:55. I guess no breakfast before the flight. You should fire these people.

Don’t eat here. Just an overall bad restaurant, with terrible food, bad customer service. Difficult to communicate, food quality low. Whoever owns this could do so much better!!! We are not coming back to it
