I got this French twist or whatever donut because they didn’t have the blueberry cake donut that I generally get. I started eating it and broke a piece off and looked at it and there was this black fuzzy spot.. could be wrong, but looks like mold to me. I won’t be back to this one ever again

How could dunkin refuse the rewards on purchase!! I have their app, but they still didn't scan it, must be kind of fake dunkin outlet or so at gate 23 on IAD terminal

Love your coffee and products, but I guess I wouldn’t know what to rate this place since they don’t open until 6:00am, when my flight boards. They do a soft open earlier, if you just want coffee or some of the donuts.

Really just trying to make a morning bad choice and get a sugar fix. Only worker was walking around outside of the Dunkin. I had waited thinking something was being made for him. Then she finally went back and he began his order, I realized this was not the person I want responsible for anything I have to eat. Especially as this site regularly has burning smells coming from it.

I got 3 bagels and all 3 of them were not warmed up properly and the protocol that Dunkin has is that they’re supposed to fill my bagels with Cream cheese like every other Dunkin’ has done since forever.
