Simply came in for a pup cup (whipped cream in a small cup for your dog). Even after offering to pay since I wasn’t buying another coffee, I was told, “the manager won’t allow it.” After asking for clarity that they can’t put whipped cream in a cup for money, I was told, “we can do it, but they won’t allow it.” Y’all are literally across the street from the humane society. This “manager” has permanently lost business.

The manager WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, the store look so dirty full of trash, they didn’t have ANYTHING and seem pretty upset when they have to take our orders cus they were sitting on a table chatting an looking at there phones. When I ask for an especific type of donuts they guy tell me and I quote: “ We dont have it, what u want me to do? are j ordering or not? “

Another inconsistent dunkin that has a really bitter taste, even with extra cream and syrup added. They really need to fix the parking in this area as it is just a crush waiting to happen! The staff was okay, but it seems like an average location.

Very rude people, also they keep the bathroom locked, you need to buy first to get access to the bathroom. Please, be real; I was getting out of the highway (I-95) wanted to get some coffee and a donut, but have to pee first, have to make the line get what I wanted, now what do I do with the coffee and the donut; I still need to get to the bathroom before I drink anything can't take it to the bathroom (nasty) can't leave it on a table, I gave it to a homeless guy so I can use the bathroom. I never will stop at that place even if my life depends on it

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Love the People in this Establishment, They Make my Experience Great! Im HAPPY AND ANXIOUS to return again Everyday because of the Great Service and Dounuts variety you guys have them at 3pm thank God if Not I wouldn't be able to eat. You guys also know how to stuff your doughnuts- other places be Mad Stingy with the Jellyyy or Cream But you guys hook them up Just right! My Coffee, On Point always! SMALL Hot-5 cream 5 sugar. My Snakin Bacon Well Done JUST THE WAY I LOVE IT! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!😍🔥🔥🔥
