I know its an airport dunkin..but just one server?? literally took one hour to order 2 coffees and one sandwich..felt bad for the server who had to take order take money make drink and run to the back to prepare sandwiches
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while I chose my selections. No big deal, but the employee didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I politely ordered, then I received an eye roll because I interrupted her game she was playing on her phone. I received a second eye roll when I requested a receipt for travel expenses. Not to mention her unprofessional mask she was wearing.
There very quick at times & overall staff is pretty nice.

I ordered at BWI Terminal D via the app. When I arrived at the pick-up location, I was told that they didn't sell the product I ordered (frozen coffee) and that they were unable to refund the cost. I was then directed to call the number listed in the app. When I called, the number only offered the option to check a gift card balance. Selecting anything else resulted in the call being disconnected. I was told by the location staff to try the number again tomorrow. While I understand that this is beyond the control of the on-site staff, someone associated with the location has the means of communicating to DD HQ that they are unable to provide a sizable chunk of the drink menu. If the app menu for the location isn't updated to reflect the on-site menu, this issue will reoccur.
