Arrived at Dunkin at 4:30am and after waiting several minutes for someone to come out we were told they are closed until 5am and thats IF the morning crew shows up. Whoever it was, was incredibly rude. Sitting here still and I dont think she has helped over 100 guests who have tried to order. We took our money elsewhere.

Great Supervisor Desiree, she is hard working, always cleaning up, making food, assisting with everything. She is efficient and has great customer service. She makes you feel welcome. Honorable mention for Ashley, she is great as well!

I unfortunately didn't read the reviews beforehand and I also got barely any creamer in my coffee. It was damn near black and they wouldn't give me anymore. I also didn't receive my syrup to my pancake wrap and when I asked for it I was denied it... Overall it was a terrible experience, the only saving grace was the cashier was very polite. Skip Dunkin' at BWI!

Iam at the airport at gate c I just order a nice ice coffee and they just give me plain black coffee from the regular machine no sugar this place is trash

The prices were unbelievably low, totally not airport like price like. The employees were to busy talking about customers who they thought didn't speak their language, rather than giving good customer service. The young Lady that rang me up acted as if I was bothering her in her personal time. There was a young Hispanic guy there that was hustling his tail off preparing orders. He also was engaged in the conversation about customers, but at least he was working hard. A message to ALL you young folks that may read thus, I too worked somewhere I didn't want to in order to pay the bills, but I made it appear to be the best job ever. And guess what? Even though I disliked the job, the district manager loved my work and enthusiasm so much that he promoted me to store manager. That came with a significant raise in pay amd benefits. Also, you never know in this day and age what language/s someone speaks and/or understands. I wanted to give them a piece of my mind but I was already upset about some major travel interruptions, so I let it go.
