Asian woman, yes I need to be specific on her looks, not being racist. I ordered an iced latte and two other iced regular coffees. When i pulled up to the window she automatically snapped and said, this order will take 15 minutes because of the latte." I did too snapped because first, it's a drive thru and NEVER EVER I been told to wait 15 minutes, I have been asked nicely in other dunks to park and they will bring it to me. Horrible customer service but it looks like seeing the other reviews, management doesn't care

Please listen to all of the other reviewers on here. Worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Only two people in line ahead of us and it took 10 minutes for us to put our order in just to be told that the espresso machine doesn’t work. Rude manager as well.

America needs to start riding bicycles, 4 dollars for an ice coffee they NEVER compellingly fill up, we've become a culture of failing proportions fast fast fast, you can not and never will be able to have quality with quantity. A quarter of an hour of my life for a cup that doesn't even get completely filled, and this happens at several dunks, my 7 th establishment by experience on purpose to just be sure it wasn't me, I'll stick with water and mom & pops since y'all got it that good, guess you are rite sweetie dunks is bougie now.

You'll be taking your chances at this location. It's hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee machines don't work, sometimes the stove is broken, so you may not be able to get any food at all. Of late, it's definitely been unreliable. We haven't had great service here in several months. Perhaps they are short-staffed, or management changed. We are local, and this is the closest drive-through breakfast--we wish it was better. I've held off on this review for so long. Watch for future updates.
