My recent visit to Dunkin' was a complete letdown. If I could rate it, I'd give it zero stars without hesitation. I don't write a lot of reviews unless it was pretty terrible, this made that list! The bagel I ordered looked more like abstract art than a proper breakfast item, squished into a triangle shape. Are they trying to introduce a new geometric trend or just cutting corners to save costs? It's baffling how something like that could even leave the kitchen and be served to a customer. The egg was bigger than the bagel and falling off as you eat it! It's certainly not ideal for a satisfying meal. The hash browns, apparently, counting to six is a challenge because I only received four. Even the snackin' bacon, their inability to count strikes again. The only consolation was that the coffee was served hot. It's disheartening to spend money on such subpar service and quality. Honestly, it's a complete waste of money. I sincerely hope that Dunkin' reevaluates their standards because the current level of service and quality is simply unacceptable. I will never go back to this location again!!

Every time I go to this location, I always get different employees, one in particular I’ve had plenty of times likes to hand me my coffee with 2 fingers which is HOT by the way, and lackadaisically hands me my change every single time. One of these days she’s gonna drop my coffee and it’s going to burn my hand! Do better

The employees were very nice! However our coffee was very watery and just didn’t taste good. The bathrooms and dining area were dirty. All the tables had crumbs and paper from the straws on them. We stopped during a road trip to stretch our legs but ended up taking our stuff back on the road since there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. The parking lot was hard to get out of and the handicap parking is right by the drive thru so we were blocked in waiting for the line to move so we could back up.

Best Dunkin in the area! My order is always done on time and the workers are so friendly! And they wrote this on my cup and we all need these notes on Monday mornings!

When you hire someone you should train then first! They were nice but look at this! Everything is cold And btw this is been remade! Even the coffee tho. But definitely my first and last time stopping in this location.
