This location needs to close for a few weeks so they can train their associates or better yet hire new employees because they do not care about this job. It’s always a debacle to order iced coffee either it takes 20 minutes and they get it wrong or it takes less time and they still get it wrong. I ordered this twice and they still failed to put the oat milk that I pay extra for and when they put it in there, they only put like a dollop and my coffee is always dark. I have to fix it when I get home. This location is the closest to me but it’s so unfortunate. Yesterday when my boyfriend went to go pick up this coffee, they messed up his order three times he had to go inside to make sure they get it right and they still messed it up like they can’t be that hard. When asked to fix the mistakes, there’s always an attitude, no remorse whatsoever. This location had potential, but they need to hire people who actually want to a good job cause this ain’t it yall

Pre order for pick up via drive thru. I extended pick up time 15 mins because I wasn't leaving just yet. Waited 20 mins in drive thru. Order still wasnt ready when I arrived. Service was super slow. Attendants didn't apologize. Next time I will go to the next location.

Worst DD I've ever been to. And consistently bad! Takes forever to get a simple order because there is always someone else complaining about their order. This morning at 7 am against better judgement I went there to get donuts. The door was locked and the manager waved me off. No notes no nothing explaining why they were closed.

This one star is for whatever regional manager who is cutting corners and not hiring enough employees. Every time I’ve gone, every employee has been absolutely wonderful but there’s just not enough. Of course service is going to be slower when you don’t have enough people to do the work. Which gets everybody all kind of frustrated. It sets your employees up for failure and it frustrates the customer.

I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Very very rude. The Indian lady is very rude and does not know how to get an order right. She goes ahead and tells individual that although she got the drink wrong that you have to go back around the drive-through to get it correct.
