I ordered caramel swirl iced coffee on the app for pick up inside. I ordered both times when I got to the parking lot and by the time I walked in I was greeted and asked if I ordered on the app. I said yes and they handed me my perfectly made coffee. Excellent service. I just wish I could tell you who they were but unfortunately I didn’t catch their names.

Play some mobile order via the Dunkin app, arrived at the drive-through and my order was prepared promptly. Pleasant employees and Everything tasted great!

Placed an order on the app. 3 large drinks. Called the store and asked if they could replace the cold foam with whip since they were out of marshmallow cold foam. Was told that would be doable. Went to pick up the order and was told that they were out of marshmallow cold foam “so they just put regular”. This was AFTER I had to sit there for 5 minutes and listen to a personal conversation over the speaker. Got all the drinks home and they taste TERRIBLE! Called the store and they told me I can come back and they will “add sugar”. I can do that at home without wasting anymore gas or money! Called the customer service line and was told that I would have to wait for a call back from the district manager regarding my “refund”. I doubt I hear a word, prob won’t be a repeat customer.

Bro who hired the new manager. The old one was waaayyy better and nicer. Place went downhill since the new manager stepped up. Fire her. She act like she can't read and constantly has an attitude.

me and my sister have been coming here for a while and usually the customer service is very rude but today we had a lady named jessica take our order and she was by far the sweetest person i’ve ever seen in there ! she definitely knows how to do her job 🥰
