As ALWAYS, this was a superior DD! My husband and I travel quite extensively. We always look for a DD in every city. We will go 15-20 minutes out of our way to get DD coffee and avocado toast. The coffee was extremely hot, which is my favorite part of every visit! The avocado toast was sublime. The employees were very friendly as they seem to be at every location. Great job, DD management!
My visit yesterday to Dunkin Donuts on Oglethorpe left me thoroughly impressed! I ordered a 10 pack of munchkins and 2 sour cream donuts, all of which were delightfully fresh. The service was lightning-fast, and the two ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I'm glad I went inside as they assisted me in selecting the freshest options. Kudos to the exceptional service and delicious treats—I'll definitely be back!
July 2nd at 8 a.m.Oglethorpe/Albany, GA The drive thru system is not in it's proper place and looks broken. I drove to the window and there were two employees looking at a cell phone, never opened the window. Another person came to the window and asked if I had placed an order on the app. I said no. She then asked if I had placed an order at the speaker. I said it's not standing and looks broken. She said it's working and asked me to drive around and place my order because they are trying to keep things in order. Instead of taking my order and pulling me up to wait. I think that was very unprofessional. As I drove off- I was the ONLY car in the drive thru.
I absolutely love the ladies who work here. They know my exact order . They always have a smile on their face ! Will always be my favorite !!!
This was a great experience! The environment had a sense of mystical wonder compared to any Dunkin I have EVER been to. Peach passionfruit refresher 😍 and stuffed everything bagel bites may be my new treat!! SUGGESTION: 3 and 6 count options vs the current 2 and 4 count options. I ordered the 2 count and my mouth currently wants just 1 more bite. I left the receipt, so I dont have his name, but the gentleman with blue eyes was an all star for customer service!! Thank you
