Better than the shops around it. They cater to asks such as 'room temperature water' quickly. They're friendly and quick to turn your transaction around. Well stocked with water, drinks and snacks. They also make sandwiches. All at airport prices.
Do not buy anything here!!!! In this store, they will steal your money, they do not give you the payment receipt. UNITED gave me $90 dls in coupons and the cashier told me that for 4 sandwiches it would be $60 dls, but the cashier scanned all my coupons and when I demanded my payment receipts she said that did not understand me 😡😡😡😡 The woman cashier spoke in a non-English language with the other employee and they offered me another sandwich in exchange for my payment receipt which they refused to give me. The food is of poor quality and the place is too dirty, there is nothing gourmet about it
I had a great experience with both the food and the customer service. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Only buy stuff when you are really hungry. The staff service was really poor, no smile at all. I wanted to buy some muffins and had asked if they contained any nuts. The staff didn't know or willingly answered. She went to the kitchen and went out to ask me to wait. I waited there for some minutes but no one was out. As I needed to go to my gate, I apologized that I couldn't wait, she stared at me and told me off. Unacceptable service. How could she get the job.. she was not worth wearing the scarf on her head either. Be kind, be nice, please D.C. 03/13/2017
These are not human, sold me broken balloon and refused to exchange. Good I paid with CC, anyways I will open dispute and take my money back. Crazy people. I am going to report to airport administration as well as to BBB
