Overall, 7.8/10 i would go back I ordered pickup online through their website because the link in the maps app isn’t working. Just a regular pepperoni pizza, but it was surprisingly pretty good with a decent marinara sauce 7.8/10. It is paper thin though, so geared towards the thin crust lovers. Garlic dough bites were solid 7/10. I did not have a chance to gauge customer service since it was only pickup, but it seemed decent. Plenty of parking in the front and in the side.

This place is a hidden gem! I have been looking for a good pizza place in Dallas with thin crust and I finally found it. I’m a big pizza fanatic and they have the best thin crust pizza in the DFW area. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to trying out the other menu items available.

Food was ready relatively fast. Friendly service. The calzone was good. But the chicken Parmesan???? Please, don’t send out burned food. And chicken Parmesan does not normally come with ziti. It is supposed to come with spaghetti. Very disappointed. The charge for the side of soft garlic bread is outrageous. It’s dry and really doesn’t taste according to its cost. Never again.

THE BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD. I GOT HALF PEPPERONI & HALF THE BROS. RECOMMEND IT 10/10! WE TRIED THE LEMON PEPPER WINGS, THE MOZZARELLA STICKS, & MY KIDS GOT THE PERSONAL PAN PIZZA. OUR WAITRESS MEGAN WAS SO NICE & FRIENDLY, VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE FOOD CHOICES. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

2nd time coming here & always the same experience! ORDER IS NEVER READY!! Website is useless & does not relay orders properly, miscommunication even when you call in. Called the Keller Springs location was told I had eight orders in front of mine however if I place the order online it would be ready in 25 minutes for pickup. I get to the location 45 minutes later they haven't even started my pizza. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot as I'm typing this review waiting for my order to be prepared a small pizza and 12 wings I'm waiting until 8:45p.m. they had not even started it from 7:36pm. They have 1 customer in the entire restaurant. I won't be coming back to Dough Bros again.... good food but not worth the disappointment & wasted time.
