Beautiful full service Hotel. Best I've stayed in this year. Nice spacious clean modern room. Daily cleaning of room. Great pool and restaurant. Two guest use computers and print er that worked well. Most other hotels have bad computers that I end up fixing. Shuttle service to Airport. Plenty of nice seating areas in and outside.
I think it used to be a really nice hotel, but is starting to show its age. Lots of little things, like the tile baseboard falling off, cracked floor in the shower, vinyl plank floor lifting up, that kind of thing. Needs a refresh. I found the location a bit odd as well, off the mains street, which is good, but you have to wiggle your way through some office buildings to get there, or maybe my Google maps just took me a weird way.
Good clean airport hotel, stayed one night before a resort stay in Scottsdale. Staff was great in helping with several things including a hunt for my wallet and a good suggestion for restaurants nearby. Nice big pool. Hit all our metrics for a late night flight in.
Great hotel. Convenient location to the airport, room are adequate, beds are comfy. I really enjoyed the court yard games ( ping pong, chess, connect 4) it was a great way to pass some time
All room are facing an outdoor courtyard and access is by an outdoor elevator. In 100 temps this is incredibly uncomfortable, especially when the electronic key doesn't work and you have to go back to the lobby to get a card. Then the AC is weak. After hours of running temp in main room is still 74 and there's no real AC in the bedroom. The only actually cool room is the bathroom. Then, to add to the misery, when I needed a shuttle from the airport I was told their driver was on a break and couldn't get to me for 20 minutes. So I got an Uber. Never staying here again. Final indignity: awful water pressure in shower.
