Easy check in and check out. Prices were competitive. My stay was travel for pleasure so being able to check in before 11 was great. The room was cozy with 2 comfy queen beds. No microwave in the room but a mini fridge was available. The breakfast buffet was really good. The staff were courteous and friendly. The warm chocolate chip cookies were delicious. It was a night stay and a convenient location.

Booked a balcony we thought overlooked the mountain. Pictures showed wonderful views. We saw a bit on the 11th floor. Balcony had no chairs, was told only Penthouse rooms get chairs. Ordered extra pillows, never showed. The restaurant and bar was very good, shared a salad and wings. Bar staff were wonderful. Front desk held our luggage so we could explore. Hotel defiantly is in need of an update.

Had a pleasant experience at this parking lot when I parked for 5 days. Shuttle runs every 20 mins or so and are easy to get. The return to the parking lot from the airport was easy as well and I got the shuttle within 10-15 mins. Everything went smooth and as expected. Will definitely use them again!

This is a good hotel, located near the Seattle-Tacoma airport. The hotel provides an airport, shuttle (complimentary) and airport parking (for a fee). The the check-in process was seamless and the staff were very helpful. If you’re bringing a car to park overnight night, it is a bit expensive at $33 per night. A sidenote, if you are offered the complementary cookie, I suggest trying it; it’s delicious. Overall, this was a good hotel stay.

My car got stolen from this parking lot and no one was able to offer the police any information or footage. They have cameras at every entrance and a robot (and human security) that roam the lot and apparently none of those cameras are recording. I was only parked there for six hours, i couldn’t imagine leaving a vehicle there any longer than that (or at all now honestly). Not only was doubletree zero help but the staff were also hella rude about it and management/corporate offered no apology or solution other than reminding me that the security is there for the company, not the safety of the guests. I’d give zero stars if i could.
