I drove by there but it looked like it was closed. The tall iron fence door was closed 🔐 so I figured no visitors were permitted. Looks like it is associated with a church across the street from it. I felt a little disappointed because it seemed like a small, peaceful, shaded area just waiting for a few people to have a brief sit down and enjoy the serenity. Better luck next time.
