We came back to an 88 degree house at night last week. Made a call to Dolphin and they managed to get me in for an emergency call the next morning. Replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils and it worked great. Jerry worked fast and explained everything. Lauren took care of us and made sure we were serviced quickly. Thank you both! Third time we have used Dolphin and they never disappoint.

Not one to do reviews often, but after working with this company, I felt compelled to explain my experience. Roger was extremely easy to work with, giving me very detailed quotes and a great lead time to get the job completed. Joey, Jerry, and Ozzie were all extremely great technicians to work with. They not only did a fantastic job, but kept the garage extremely clean while working and took time out of their day to explain to me what to look for and small things I can do to keep my AC working properly. Being in the skilled trades myself, I really respect their level of expertise and knowledge as well as their professionalism. It has been hard to find a good air conditioning company in Southwest Florida that I don’t feel is taking advantage of me and I can gladly say I will be using Dolphin from here on out. Thanks again guys.!

Kelly from Dolphin came out to check our AC unit within 24 hours of calling the company. He was knowledgeable, went above and beyond our expectations, very personable and friendly and trustworthy! We were so pleased with his service that we signed a contract for services for a year. A great deal and worry free. Would highly recommend this company and especially Kelly to anyone who needs AC services! Already spreading the word through our neighborhood! Thanks Kelly! We appreciate all that you did for us!

Had an A/C issue when we arrived back in town. The unit was "cycling" on and off and would not stay on long enough to cool the house. Dolphin Cooling was recommended by a neighbor and I called them at 8 am. They had a technician here by 2 pm the same day. They sent Kelly and he was everything and more that I read about in the reviews. He's just a genuinely nice guy, honest and knows more about heating and cooling then anyone I have ever worked with. He also took the time to educate me on the system I had and how it was set up. I was back up and running in a few minutes. I am a first time service customer and first time maintenance customer. If Kelly tells you its about to rain then you better be hunting an umbrella. I highly recommend Dolphin for your heating and cooling needs. Jeff Francis

Just had Kelly at our condo to fix the AC. He is knowledgeable and was extremely friendly. Thank you for keeping our system up and running and not overselling us. When it comes time to replace in the next year or two we will be going with Dolphin thanks to their excellent service.
