I'm not sure what's going on but this store is a mess, I notice a lot of socializing when there is plenty of things inside that need to be done. MANAGEMENT NEEDED

I really wish stores have customer service training because this store do not deserve any stars! I visited this store February 24, 2023 and it was 8:20. The cashier with blue hair was very and I do mean VERY comfortable on her phone talking with AirPods in her ears while bagging items. Her outbursts were “ I don’t know why they coming in her, I’m getting ready to lick the door”. If I was the owner I would not fire her unless this is a continued thing, but I do believe people are hired with no training and expect for things to run proficiently. That was inexcusable. She is very comfortable with talking on her phone and having outbursts in front of customers that may come in daily.

Some of the employees are not as friendly as they should be. Felt as if I was getting my head not off for asking if they carried glue sticks and felt as if I was being followed and way he'd because I was walking around and taking my time looking at everything. Customers shouldn't feel like the employees are watching them the entire time. I was very uncomfortable the entire day I was in there. Some man was hollering and cussing at his 8 year old son the whole time as well.

Since it's opening, it has gone completely down. It's Super Sad that the amount of people needing jobs and no one either Wants to work their nor do their best to make it look nice. Stock is Always ALL OVER the floor or scattered everywhere it shouldn't be. Lately there has only been what looks to be , one person working. So very disappointing.

I just left the Andrews SC store. Nobody wants to check you out. The rudest women I have ever met. When I am waiting for a cashier to get done running her mouth to check out my merchandise, I get upset. I will never go back. I don't need the aggravation. If possible I would give no stars.
