I recently visited DG for shopping essentials, hoping for a seamless and pleasant experience. However, to my dismay, it turned out to be a shopping trip I would rather not repeat. While the store boasts a better stock than other locations, the overall cleanliness and organization left much to be desired.Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the unkempt aisles and scattered merchandise. The floors appeared dirty, and several shelves were in disarray, making it challenging to find items efficiently. The lack of organization not only affected the shopping experience but also raised concerns about product freshness and hygiene.Despite the store's better stock compared to other locations, the quality of some items was questionable. I found myself having to inspect products carefully before purchasing, which added unnecessary time and frustration to my shopping trip. Additionally, the lack of clear signage and aisle markers made it difficult to navigate the store and locate specific items.Another issue I encountered was the customer service, or rather the lack thereof. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it challenging to get assistance when needed. Simple inquiries were met with indifference, further contributing to the overall negative experience.In conclusion, while [Store Name] may offer a better stock than other locations, the subpar cleanliness, disorganization, and lackluster customer service make it a shopping experience I do not wish to repeat. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the store's overall condition and customer experience.

Not always stocked. Needs more cashier's. Closes before closing time. Needs to be cleaned. Although, in the past 3 months has been getting better. Edit. 2 years later. Nobody ever answers the phone. When they do. Not much help! Then they close when they want too! Not cool at all. Always shutting it down because they want too. I don't understand if it is a corporate company. There should be mandatory corporate hours. Not just regular employees shutting the store down because they want to go home. Makes no dang sense. Had this trouble since it opened.Edit-Frw more years later! Perfectly stocked! Problem is it closes at 9 everyday!!!!! Ridiculousness! Lol. Now they stopped shutting the doors when they want too. They need to change it 10 P.M!!! And Freaking stop messing with the times! Same complaint all these years! LMAO. And the District owner still doesn't listen. Needs new a Corporate Manager. Got dang! Sell it already!

Dirty store.. under stocked .. rude and very confrontational .. very unprofessional.. replace that establishment with something more functional for the community. Take your camera.. take pictures.. record and submit to corporate because you’ll get nowhere with management

They stayed open just long enough for me to get inside and pick up the things I needed, but at the same time I didn't like that the workers had already locked the doors before 9pm. I just got lucky while someone was leaving they held the door open for me to walk in. So thank you, whoever you are. The workers I'm sure we're just tired and ready to go home which I can understand, but at the same time I don't have a vehicle, so I have to walk to every store I want to go to. So that's why it really would've sucked for me if that person wasn't there to let me in.

Dollar General is convenient. Everything is easy to find. Prices are great and quality of merchandise is outstanding. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Courteous and store is organized and clean. I Would invite shoppers to go and see for themselves. You won't be disappointed.
