They don't answer their phones. I had to call like two, three times to get someone to answer. Almost all the time I'm there I have to go to self checkout. A couple of nights ago when I went to the store, both cashier's were outside smoking out front when there were customers inside. And the front is disgusting, cigarette butts everywhere. A couple of the "cashier's" are rude too, but David is nice. And so is Michelle. Other than that, no one else really is.

First time I've been in the new store I was surprised. What an improvement. I can speak for the store but I can't speak for the new manager who I helped out by selling a car no interest simply a weekly payment which stopped coming Just this last week. I'm the kind of person if I owe you money I'll chase you down and give it to you but do you think I would get the courtesy somebody to call and say hey I can't make the payment this week nope leave me hanging I really needed that car and I wouldn't have sold it to her if I'd have known type of person she is.

Been looking for a Subaru Hot Wheels car for over 3 years and first time looking for one here I left with my dream car

It was ok a little disappointed that we couldn't get the exact tank we wanted since they are the only place in hays that carries it. But the ladies are real nice and very knowledgeable about their product

You will be denied service and laughed at if you are over 50 showed ID yesterday, forgot your wallet and try to buy cigars. The girl knows me. I'm 50. It was a joke to her. I was a joke to her. I hope her parents aren't ever treated like she treated me. Shame on her and shame on Dollar General for employing her. Age discrimination exists at Dollar General in Hill City Kansas.
