Have to say, Julie at Alice location is excellent example of effectively achieving the perfect customer service to customers. I shop at this location quite often and every encounter has been professional helpful and friendly. I would definitely rate her customer service as 5 star.

I was struggling to get a coupon out of the store app. The clerk saw my struggle and never bother to offer assistance of any kind to use the promotion! I walked out the store without the items and clerk was ok without my purchase when she could have easily assist Bad business!

Store clerks are nice and friendly but not helpful in enforcing social distancing. Social distancing signage was not available throughout at this location. The customer behind me at the checkout was super close which the clerk acknowledged but would not ask the customer to move away. Please Dollar General show some care and concern for customers.

They have so much variety of everything I need at reasonable prices and very well organized shelves.Even during the Holliday's it was quick to get in and out.

I was very impressed by the employee at the register. She greeted me as I walked in and was very pleasant and quick checking me out. . Definitely will return.
