BEWARE! It is unfortunate a 0 star cannot be issued. Prices are deceitful & deposits are outrageous. My husband and I reserved a car months in advance before our trip. Once we arrived to the rental facility, the price just continued to increase with every step. We book a rental for a total of $250 and received a confirmation email. Once we arrived at the facility it increased to $360 for tax. Which is completely fine, but this should have been itemized on the receipt. Then we were informed there would be a $500 deposit for debit cards or a $200 on a credit card!! Which was never stated within any email or phone call made with the company during booking. Multiple payment options cannot be used, which was another frustrating factor as we had dispersed our money on many of our accounts. This company is misleading and blindsiding. We canceled our reservation & walked right down to Alamo! The experience from Dollar to Alamo is night and day! Alamo was amazing, honest, and friendly. Never again will be book with Dollar.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We rented a “mystery car” and ended up with a Toyota TRD Off Road, which made our Washington State journey so fun! Thank you, Dollar!!!

Very wary about renting a car from here after reading all the reviews but my experience was actually great. Being 22 we knew that we would have to pay the surcharge and employees laid out the fees for us which was nice. Pick up and drop off was also super easy. There is a gas station close, be weary though because the person who paid for gas found out later that their card got skimmed there. Overall, it was a good experience at the end of the day. PRO TIP, there is a free shuttle from the airport to the car rental facility.

We were a bit skeptical because of the other reviews for this place, but the renting process was the most simple I’ve ever experienced. Booked the car(SUV size) about 2 weeks in advance online, when I arrived to the rental car facility, there was hardly anyone there, the lady was super nice and quick with the paperwork process and went downstairs and got the keys to a newer Toyota Highlander pretty quickly. Car was nice and drove great. Return was easy too. As long as you do everything that’s asked of you, this place is the easiest to rent from! Would recommend to other travelers to the area.

Beware of the scam Dollar is trying to pull at this location! I just called in to extend a week long rental and while confirming the extension it became apparent I had been scammed into signing my original contract without the rep telling me they included a $34.99 daily insurance fee (LDW)! I have auto insurance and declined every upsell they offered. I was still scammed for an additional $244.93 for the week for insurance I didn’t want and don’t need! I get they presented an extensive contract with tons of legal jargon to sign, but consumers shouldn’t have to worry about being scammed by “reputable” companies working at airport locations. I’ll be submitting a Washington Attorney General complaint and speaking with the manager when I go to drop this rental off tomorrow.
