Car I rented online was not carried at all by DOLLAR. Not owned at all by Dollar. They bait & switch, and offer a a similar, cheaper, smaller vehicle, for the same price. I went to ENTERPRISE instead, and got a better deal and a better vehicle.

Reserved car a month in advance. Upon arriving I was informed the convertible I rented was not available but I could have an SUV. Why bother taking reservations if you don't have the cars available?

Move on to the nearest location!! I understand that Naples is a retirement community, however NOT everyone is retired!! Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience getting a rental car I pre-ordered months ago. The customer service agent Micheal is a joke. He strolls around the counter moving in and out of the back, while ignoring you at the counter. Unreal. Took over 45 minutes to get my vehicle only because Natalie got involved and literally ran to get my vehicle all while Micheal is still strolling around the counter inside doing nothing for customers that are waiting. Outside employees move at a snails pace as well. Never will be renting from this joke of a place again!

Holiday weekend and rental a availability as well as price deals were a great and welcome surprise. Same rep always seems to be working the counter. She is always quick and pleasant .
