Never again. When showing proof of insurance evidently both personal and professional are not acceptable and forced to purchase their own insurance. In addition, asked for the manager and was dismissed very rudely. Agent refused to listen or even acknowledge any information given to him.

I am being charged for damage I did not cause, weeks after I've dropped off the car. I am more than prepared to fight it in court.

This location is absolutely freakish! SAVE YOURSELF TIME, GRIEF, MONEY and go somewhere else. These people should be shut down now!! NO JOKE!

We declined coverage and told them that we already had it through Expedia. They still added it and then refused to remove the charge. After reading through their reviews, they do this quite often. I called Corporate and filed an official complaint which is supposed to start an official investigation into this Licensee location and I also contacted the FTC in the hopes that they will be able to investigate this location scamming people. All family and friends who come to visit will be told to rent from anyone else and I will never use Dollar again.

Stood in line patently today at dollar car rental @ anchorage airport. I was not interested in purchasing dollar insurance coverage. I provided my proof of insurance which they refused to accept andI requested my insurance POLICY. Like I I carry that with me..I walked away and rented elsewhere who accepted simple proof of ins. I don't believe proof of ins policy is required and I was being messed with.
