WoW! One of the worst customer services ever! We were standing in a long line around 4:30 pm, both agents left for lunch or something for 45 minutes and asked another company agents to take care of us but they didn't, they just ignored us! belive or not, people stand there for 1 hour without any customer service, some of them left and canceled their reservation and start checking other rentals to find something. Don't recommend it at all, at least because of Customer Service. 😐

The sign says to check in and skip the counter. So, I checked in and guess what, they made me still go to the counter. What a scam. When I finally got back to the counter, they told me that I should have got a stall number. But, I didn't. Then I had to start the whole process over. Good God. Lost a customer today.

WARNING ‼️ read the contract before you sign. You will be scammed. They will not help. There is no customer service line. I received the same email response 3 times. They do not read your messages, and they do not care about you. They only care about their bottom line. We booked our reservation through Expedia for TD, we opted out of insurance because we already have coverage. Self check-in did not work, so we had to go to the counter. The front desk staff asked if we wanted insurance, we verbally said no and said 'we do not need it because we already have coverage' - they gave us the digital form to sign on their tiny tablet. We did not double check what they put in that contract, and now we have signed to have insurance (which ended up costing us around $400 Canadian additional because of the terrible conversion rate). Essentially doubling the cost of our reservation. Honestly, you're better off a little paying more for a trusted and reliable service than this scam. We know for next time. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do NOT rent from this location unless you want to be fraudulently charged! It starts with the lousy signage in the terminal and garage that directs you to the wrong location to pick up the car. After countless reviews from others over the years, this has still not been corrected. Then, get ready for fraudulent charges upon return when there's maybe 1 attendant for 20+ cars coming in. They'll direct you to leave the key in the car and then charge you $400 for a key after the fact along with a fuel and service charge even if you return the car full. The coup de grace is when you try to contact Dollar to dispute the fraudulent charges and you cannot get in touch with anyone. They direct you to fill out an online inquiry and claim that someone will contact you within 3-5 days. No one ever contacts you back! The Better Business Bureau will be my next visit along with the Charlotte, NC police. Dollar has lost a customer for life, but it's clear that they don't care at the Charlotte airport location.

This company is not worth the headache or hassle. We were given a car with damage to the right side and a cracked windshield. Something in the wheel was also not right (tons of brake dust and dragged), after paying for roadside on the reservation, we were told to bring the car back over an hour to the airport. Unless the vehicle is completely disabled, they won't help you. Filled the car with fuel we just drove an hour with. New car had no gas in it and new rental ageement showed that. I was also told we would be refunded for having to drive an hour back to the airport. This is after being passed around through customer service. Fast forward, we bring the car back and get charged double charged $272 & 271 for fuel!!! I have been calling everyday for the refunds and keep getting random emails and now letters in the mail for my charges! I am not currently out 272, 271.78, and 313 with no end or resolution in sight. This is our 2nd time using dollar, first time our car was definitely smoked in. Never again. Lessons learned: Never book ahead or reserve Pay cash This should be reported to the BBB
