Bad service! Was promised to have my parts within 7-10 business days and customs to be taken care of by DigiKey. My parts have been stuck in customs for more than 10 days now, local DigiKey claims theres been a delay because my part is part of large shipment. If I knew I would have chosen to handle it myself. Very disappointing.
Just needed a few small items, and the shipping charge was much more reasonable than Mouser, and although I didn't need it immediately, it arrived next day! Fantastic!
Wow!!!! What service. Live in Canada on west coast. Received my shipment at front door in less than 24 hours from ordering. Reasonable shipping price too. Doesn't get much better than that.
The worse service & no cancellation policy. I attempted to cancel my order within the same hour of placing my order and was not allowed to because it was “packaged.” The manager I spoke to confirmed it had not shipped out from their warehouse yet, but she would not cancel my order. When I asked if she would not ship the package she said their operating system doesn’t allow for that… umm okay… when I asked if she could PHYSICALLY stop the package from shipping she said she was “working from home” that day and could not. I then asked if she would call the warehouse and ask someone there to just unpack it and she said she couldn’t. I’m just blown away by this disgusting business practice. You still had the order in your possession and would not cancel it. My only option given was to return it once it was shipped, and again, mind you, IT WASN’T SHIPPED OUT!!!! It costs me more to ship it back than it’s worth & by now I did not trust this business for a refund. I filed a complaint with the Attorney generals office and the FCC. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
I ordered part it can’t ship by express need to ship by ground. It was ship to the wrong zip code. Because their internet was down that evening so they can’t ship until The next day. That delay one day. Now it delay for another 5 more days. Digikey ship FedEx ground that longer than UPS ground. I order my stuf on January 4,2024 They have to sent a replacement. Still did not receive the parts that I already paid 8 days later. The Digikey customer service lady was rude. She would not call FedEx to pick up the package from The wrong address to deliver to me. It is only an hour. She was very rude unfortunately I did not get her name or ID number. This is not the first time happen to me. It happen 4 years ago I told them to send them. To specific address they sent it to my house instead. I like Digikey but after this I really don’t know if I want to deal with Digikey I hope the owner or some one care ftom the company will read this and response
