great long term covered parking! free shuttle to and from airport and free car wash whenever!! 2 years ago 150/month now $250/month! just like every thing else but year round parking adds up at the higher price.
Pre-booked a spot. Signs at the lot are clear to direct you to the lane you should park in. Before I had even exited the car the shuttle came around to pick me up and help me load my bags. The driver was very friendly. Upon arrival we text them and they arrived quickly. They stayed to make sure our car started. Will use again in the future.
Recently went to the airport only to find on arrival that there was not a single spot available in long term parking. I wasted so much time driving all the aisles and was worried I was going to miss my flight. I drove down to Diamond and as soon as I parked my car the shuttle driver pulled up behind me and took me straight to the airport! I managed to get to my gate a scant 3 minutes before boarding, just in time. I was very glad they were able to get me to the airport so quickly. When I arrived back I texted the number and the shuttle was there within a minute or two, must have already been on the way. They have a free touchless laserwash carwash you can use on the way out too which was a nice perk.
Extremely stressful on every level except the ride. The bus driver was awesome and very helpful unfortunately I called their office because I only had cash with me and she said they don't take cash. Then she changed her mind and said they can take cash - I'm stressing out because being thousand miles away trying to setup a plan wasn't easy. So, I borrow enough cash to get my car out of parking and fly to town! Sweet! No stress!!! Well, the car I'm driving has zero gasoline left in the tank (my fault! That's why the call to plan an exit was made) so I don't dentist the windows and jet to leave...the gentleman says "No cash! Can't you read the signs?!" I'm in shock now. Literal shock. After calling and speaking with two employees prior to this point and all said they do accept cash..I say "well, sir the lady on the phone say you do accept cash". It's below zero, freezing! He refuses to accept cash. It being my only option on getting a vehicle...I was confused and somewhat scared. It cost $88 for one week to park a sedan car in an uncovered lot miles from the airport. Finally, I believe the man knew he had no choice. It was such a a horrible f experience and if Diamond Airport Park n Fly does accept cash...that man needs to have his employment reinspected! I understand the fear of keeping cash around parts of Anchorage. But to lie? Lie to my face? You sir are not a good human. You even made me stand out side by that window instead of letting me go in through the lobby :( shameful Guarantee your business would have less customers if it wasn't for your shuttle driver!!!!! Thank you to the super cool shuttle drive!!!!!!
