Very UNPROFESSIONAL business place ever to be honest. They had me wait an 1hr just to get an answer. Cedric shouldn't be working here for place of business of employment the way he operates! But how huge he is I understand anybody his size would take forever just to walk to give a person a response. There is NO communication here and lack of respect here . I thank God I don't work here such a blessing. They seem to be worser than the postal service. I highly don't recommend them for employment not because of me getting told a NO but the vibe and the energy is here is BAD. When customers or anyone come here they want to be acknowledged this place doesn't serve that let alone they are bad with packages and delivery. I mean the truck drivers can't even drive they all blocking the entrance it's a mess here. anyone who sees this RUN! this deserves no star.

I work for DHL EXPRESS at the DFW AIRPORT, i would like to say thank you to Greyner Melendez, who gave me the best customer service on May 26th 2024 pm, i felt like a customer needing help, I emailed IAH Management, Greyner had me to call him, I must say he solved my situation, this shows we are not only ALWAYS there for our customers, we are there for each other.

I have ordered a package from India via DHL I have paid express price for this package because it contains sweets and other stuff I should have received my package by Thursday 21 march I did not receive my package instead I got the massage from DHL saying that they try to attempt the delivery and no one was at home I got this message at 7.18 pm at that time there were 4 members of my family available at home so they lied then I got another message saying that they will deliver my package tomorrow on Friday so I waited on Friday to get my package did not receive my package again I got the message from DHL saying they don’t have the right address another lie because I have the picture of label with barcode on it and it have the right address I call the customer service of DHL I told them my package contains sweets which will not stay good for long time please give me your drivers number so I can get in touch with him they did not give me the number and told me to wait till Monday I waited and I did not receive my package on Monday did not receive on Tuesday either what kind of service is this I ordered a express delivery it should be here days ago it’s been 10 days and I have not received my package all my sweets are wasted my money is wasted I spend 1000$ on this package with express pay what type of delivery drivers DHL hires they are not able to find 1 simple address and they lie I should post this on google reviews and I should tell my friends to do the same thing so other people should know what I liar looks like and they should not waste their money on trusting companies like DHL

Extremely lazy station ! This specific DHL location sets a bad example for the entire organization. The drivers are extremely lazy and will not deliver packages on time. They update tracking information with invalid updates that mislead and steer customers in the wrong direction. I have never in life received an update from a shipping company that states a package will be delivered by 11pm at night!! I had to make sure I wasn’t crazy. So I called DHL express customer service and confirmed that all packages are to be delivered to residential addresses by 9pm. I’m filing a CFPB COMPLAINT on this DHL location the whole location should be shut down!! Oh and this was time sensitive package that was shipped using DHL express and the package never even arrived !

Have to blind side reverse back in a parking lot . They gave door right away . Get out and look 👀.
