Iyonna at the Hannover MD. location is excellent. She’s very professional, considerate and courteous handles my packages with ease in a quick amount of time. She personally followed up with me to make sure previous packages arrived. Always accurate, she and her team at DHL haven’t lost one yet. In again today as usual very friendly.and extremely helpful, helping me navigate on sending a dire package to my husband. I can send from FedEx, USPS, or other international shippers but because of her alone, I will continue to patronize the Hanover DHL location. As a side caveat the prices are much too high, look out for the consumers and show some appreciation for Military Families whom ship often. And more parking for customers.

I appreciate weekend customer services response. Even though I'd prefer to receive my express delivery packaged that has been traversing between BWI and Ohio for the past several days. I am within 10 miles from BWI, where the package first arrived on May 16, but by May 19 still can't find the route to my door. I paid a costly express service, I'd expect DHL to treat what I paid for correspondingly.

DHL Express on Charwood Rd is top notch in customer service. Amazing representative at counter made my transaction seamless. I will always try here first because they put customer needs first and offer a discount for bringing it directly to service site. They have some phenomenal staff at this location. Positives attitudes and surpassing my expectations.

this is by far the worst shipping experience i have ever experienced. i ordered a computer, the courier picked it up, and claimed that nobody was home for a signature, which is a straight up lie. i have tried to contact the company but nobody can tell me where my package is. i am at a loss because i don’t know what to do. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone who actually wants to revuelve their package
