I was at DFS next to gate 4 . I wanted to try a perfume and sprayed it twice on my wrist . The Asian lady working there started screaming at me , saying you spray too much . Even though I didn’t ask for her help , she started acting like she can’t come close to me . When I asked her about the perfume I wanted , she had no clue about it. Showed me the wrong one. Then started instructing me how to use a perfume 😂. A person who can’t handle the smell of perfume should probably think twice working with them . It’s a pretty standard level of service at this airport , everybody seems annoyed or over worked . Quite a let down for such a big city , you pay airport prices for extremely limited choices and horrible service .

I mean JFK is one of the main airports in the world , and look at this duty free shop .. it’s a joke !! JFK officials have to visit mumbai / New Delhi airports to see what duty free really means ! Poor selection of liquors and very limited quantities . Price wise too, it wasn’t cheap. Apart from liquors even other things like perfumes, lotions etc were not that good . Service was slowwwwwwww.. it takes them 15 mins per customer and if you are in a hurry. U will miss the flight ! Very average experience overall.

I was on a flight to Toronto and I was not able to purchase any alcohol because there was no one to deliver to my gate. But when I asked to speak to the manager, 2 came. They said there weren't enough employees to help me, but the 2 managers had time to come just to say that nothing could be done. It was 1 minute to my gate. What a waste of employee and management.

Flying thru JFK for Wrestlemania, Eli was super awesome client representative, saw the wrestling and mention all Teremana Brands. Would definitely recommend this shop as a stop. Cash was pawsome as well!

I was just trying to look at some cologne, and the Lady sat there staring at me over my shoulder the entire time until I got my phone out to look something up and she told me that I couldn’t do that. So I walked away to check the Google reviews. I went back to her and I said, now I see why you have the reviews you do. Don’t go here. There are much better places with much better employees. Don’t get treated this way while shopping for EXPENSIVE products. Especially if you don’t “fit in”… if you know what I mean.
