I've been a customer for over a year. Eveytime I walk in there the employees dogs rush you. Today it took them more time to out their dogs away than to check me out. The male yelled at me when I walked in with my dogs to see if they were friendly. I will not shop there anymore which is once a week.

I don’t usually write reviews, however I feel the need to express my disappointment with this one. I’ve been to this vape shop on 3 different occasions and each time, the staff has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. The moment I walk in I feel immediately unwelcome and stupid for even asking questions about the products, so I end up just picking some random flavor and leaving as quickly as possible. I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars lol. I highly recommend to whoever reads this to take your business to HQ vapor right down the street instead. They are really good people and always make sure I’m taken care of.

Bought a vape and tested it which was fine, after 5 minutes started leaking juice every where. I came back 10 minutes later hoping they would mark it defective and give me a new one. The guy with the beard did not care at all and said I had to buy a new one. Use to buy once a week there but that’s all it takes to stop
