Delta Hotel Philadelphia Airport
What people are saying
Stayed here for 1 night (7/1/24) due to a thunderstorm-related canceled American Airlines connecting flight. Courtesy shuttle driver who picked us up at 2:30 am was very helpful, professional and compassionate (even offered us free water). Top-notch customer care. Room was pretty clean, smelled good, with fresh linen/towels. View was not the best, but did not stay for a view. Ate at the Lounge 1643 and had a great time listening to great oldie’s music, watching a game and sipping a cocktail at the bar area. Prices were a little high, but the food was hot and fresh, service was good and the atmosphere was high-end feeling. Checkout was weird…no one was at the front desk, so dropped key and got on free shuttle to airport for the re-booked flight home. Morning shuttle service driver was hilarious, captivating, professional, and attentive to rider needs. Definitely well worth keeping her on their staff. Highly recommend everyone stay at a Delta Hotel anytime and anywhere they can.
I really liked this hotel. Definitely a step up from the Embassy hotel close by. Upon check in the front desk had computer issues but Nichelle was gracious and gave us free breakfast and pantry access for the long wait (thanks Nichelle :)). Beds are super comfy and housekeeping comes in daily to tidy up. I gave four stars because the waiter at the bar is really rude. The bathroom floors and the carpet in the room were not as clean as I’d like them to be. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
This hotel is beautiful. The employees are friendly, and the rooms are clean. It's well worth the prices. I had an early morning flight. The van driver was very friendly. You can tell he enjoyed his job. He helped us with our bags and got us to the airport very fast. This is the best hotel near the airport you will not be disappointed
Thankfully I was only there for 1 night and I had showered before arriving there at my previous stay. Unfortunately, this hotel is not up to the Marriott standard I have known in the past. The room was not up-kept, it was dirty, dusty, sheets and comforters stained and to top it, hair in every towel in the room. As for service when I called in the morning asking for towels, the man that answered at the front desk said he would have housekeeping send them up, almost 30 minutes past and I had to call back because no one showed up. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
At first had a bit of trouble getting a hold of them on the phone for a shuttle, but did get through, and they did then pick me up a little after 1am, their stated shuttle-closing time (without complaints or grumbling or anything), so I was very appreciative. And the next morning, shuttle driver (a lady with blondish hair I think) was very helpful and cheerful in giving me precise instructions for catching a train on a tight schedule. Rooms were also very nice, and great for the price (though might have been a one-off deal type thing).
