A wonderful place to spend the night! The night staff was super accommodating. And I am definitely going to stay again! After traveling all day and not being able to get a hotel near the airport, I found this hotel still listed as Days Inn...it's new name is EN VISION. A real gem! Excellent hotel.✨️😊
We just stayed here the week of May 10th -16th . And let me tell you , we really enjoyed our stay ! First , I’ll start by saying what an amazing staff ! Angelo and the rest were very accommodating and friendly . The rooms are clean with great AC . Also , the lightning in the bathroom is the best I’ve seen ! I accidentally left my Dyson at home and that blow dryer was amazing. Location was perfect for our needs conveniently located by airport , shopping and restaurants . Thanks again Angelo ! P.S. they have a washer and dryer on first floor 🙌🏻 5$ a load but it was great going home with all clean clothes.
I should have saved myself $100 and slept at the airport! It would probably have been quietier, more comfortable, and definitely less smelly. The rooms stink so badly of smoke, the first one they gave me actually gave me an asthma attack! Second one still reeked, but I gave up. If you add in the cost of an uber both ways, you're better off spending a little more for a nicer hotel with a free shuttle (like EVEN, where I stayed the last time through the Miami Airport).
If you are looking for somewhere “easy” to stay in Miami, this is NOT the place! Friends and I had an overnight layover after flying for almost 24 hours straight no rest. We booked ahead of time and I called to ensure we could book for just an overnight stay, completely willing to pay for a day stay. The woman on the phone told me that was fine if we checked in in the middle of the night and check out earlier next morning. I have stayed here before and had a very similar situation and it was no problem. I called this hotel three times before arriving to ensure we still had our booking- no one answered. We spent $50 on an Uber to get there just for them to say we could not check in until 3pm the next day and no rooms were available. We then had to Uber back to the airport and stay in the airport all night. The woman I spoke to on the phone clearly did not know what information she was giving and if it was true, and the man at the front desk was super rude and unhelpful. I completely understand being completely booked and not being able to take four people- but we had made a reservation and wouldn’t have gone through the trouble after traveling if they would have provided accurate information and actually answered their phone. They then tried to charge me a $135 cancellation fee when the man at the desk had cancelled it the night prior “no charge”. Luckily they were willing to waive the fee. Just a huge inconvenience and I would never stay here again.
The food was great! But the rooms were super gross. The bedding was not clean at all! Hair and hard stuff in the bedding. The floor was super dirty too. New bedding was brought to us but they were still super dirty and black hair all over them
