I appreciate you all so so much! I’m a travel nurse and got off work and had no where to go I called and asked if I could come get a room and check in after working a 12 hour shift at 630 in the morning. They were so quick and helpful , found me a room let me check in and even made sure it was in the most quietest area so I could sleep through the day for my night shift. The room was clean , and dark and perfect for the 3 days I was there. Thank you all so much!

Needed a last minute room so knowing there's a truck stop across the street I figured I'd find one close by. Hey for $65 I'm not getting a palace or some beachfront property so I knew what to expect. Front desk girl had same name as my Granddaughter so it turned out OK. Sage was very helpful. She should get a raise and a promotion. Thank you

First off, the young lady at the front desk at check in was very friendly and kind, we had no issues with the staff. However, I've stayed at the west location numerous times, and I guess I goofed when I made the reservation and didn't notice that it was the east location. I'd never stayed at the other location but at first figured that it would be fine. Same thing right? No. I can get over out dated furniture and things like that, I'm from this city and know most of the hotels along Andy have been there for decades. However, our bed felt like the springs had all but given up, and the room had such an overwhelming smell of cigarettes (I was never asked whether I wanted smoking or non-smoking). We were travel worn and had things to go, so didn't think much of it until we came back to our room later to sleep and it was all but impossible because of the stench. I eventually gave up on sleeping as I was getting a migraine from it, and we just packed our things and left just after sunrise. I will be much more diligent in the future to be sure that I'm booking the correct location. Perhaps the young lady working at the front desk on 5/15 should find an employer that doesn't have such poor reviews where her worth would be better placed.

Sketchy clientele. Computer system was down on arrival. Pool is drained. TV doesn't work or cable is out. Not a great start. However, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Verdict I'd recommend going down the street to the other days in where I mistakenly thought I had a reservation and the front desk clerk said something like go down on the other side of the freeway and be careful.

So far.... disappointed.. paid more at this hotel so I could have the pool because it's 110 degrees out..... Nope. It's drained. Not open. There's a sign upfront saying they charge for dirty towels. Makes me wonder what charges I'll face ... I won't even touch that refrigerator ever again.
