We stayed here for one night. Our first room had a ceiling leak (it was raining all day). The staff quickly put us in another room. The location was good. We felt safe. It is close to the airport so you will hear airplanes every 3 minutes. At night, we couldn’t hear them over the AC unit. The room is a little on the outdated side. Overall, you can’t beat the price or location. I would stay here again for a night to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay, due to comfort.

OMG! I wouldn't recommend this place to a pack of dogs!! It started when I booked 2 rooms online. Paid for one then, the other was to be paid when I got there. Upon arrival, I paid for my second room, but then I was only given one room key. The lady had to search for my other reservation, finally found it. Next, they kept trying to get me to pay again for the room I had already paid for. I had to call the credit card company to have them tell them that they had already approved the payment. But they kept insisting that the funds had not been paid. But they finally gave me the room anyway and told me if there was an issue, they would call me, and they did, the next morning. So again, I had to call the credit card company and have them talk to the hotel staff and inform them that it was their company that was holding the funds. Finally, after she talked to four different people, they released the money. She then apologized to me for any inconvenience. Next, the rooms need serious upgrades, I have pictures. But worst of all, if you're a light sleeper, like me, you'll be up all night! The airplanes fly directly over the hotel. All day and night!! So, I had the least rest possible, they tried to overcharge me, and the rooms weren't even up to standard! Oh, don't let me forget this, the floors were filthy! My socks picked up so much dirt it was ridiculous! Had to tell the kids to keep their shoes on! I was going to go purchase a mop and supplies to clean it, but decided that it wasn't my job. Had it been, my floors would have been immaculate! Just sprayed everything down with disinfectant spray and prayed! So this place is definitely NOT recommended!

This hotel should be condemned. It poses a serious health risk, bedbugs, nasty sheets with all sorts of stains. I had a late check in and was very tired an sleepy after a long flight delay . So I slept in a chair that was on rollers that slipped out from underneath me a couple of times. I showered with shoes on. The floor was so nasty I didn’t leaver my luggage in the room but put it back in the car after seeing what I was up against. I sprayed the bed down with a full can of Lysol but that was not enough. The airplanes flew over constantly , while I was trying to wait for daylight, so loud and flew so low till I could not rest in peace. Noisy ! I showed management the filthy sheets and what looked like many bedbugs and she apologized. It was great for airport parking and the towels were soft. But the bed was not fit to sleep in and the floors was not swept with very obvious trash on them. I was afraid to sleep in my car because there were people outside of their rooms smoking or just walking around about 3:00 am probably with the same issues I was experiencing so please don’t even try it. So on the positive side there was soft towels and the great location in reference to the airport, oh and the people at the front desk was very friendly. I just pray I didn’t bring any of those bedbugs home with me. I have taken all the precautions I can to avoid them after the fact.

I used them for park ride a shuttle to the airport. Going was no problem. The problem was coming back from the airport to get my car. I had to call them over 6 times for the shuttle they kept telling me that the shuttle came and left 😑 which was a lie because another lady had been waiting for over 2 hours, and she said for the shuttle. My flight got in at 10:00 am. I called them as soon as I got my luggage and the shuttle didn't come until 11:45 😤😤😡😡😠😠 never again.

When I got into my room my blanket had visible stains on it and my fitted sheets had hair and other debris. I went to the front desk and asked for new sheets and was brought a new blanket so I slept in between the new blanket (which was clean) and both the top sheet and the brown fuzzy blanket that's on the bed. My door also didn't close all of the way and the deadbolt unlocked with enough force so I slept vigilant, jolting awake with every nosie outside the door. The staff was neutral and the location was convient close to the airport in a pinch, but I probably would not book with this Days Inn again.
