Hotel is old and run down. Pictures on internet are not accurate. Advertised ’super deluxe hot continental breakfast was cold cereal, toast, coffee and oatmeal pouches. Not enough parking…had to park across the street. AC worked great, room was very quiet. Staff were welcoming . Very convenient location for our road trip passing through Burns. Cost/value ratio would have me look for a different option next time.

(Came during the Falls wildfire) Nice, heard it used to be nicer at this hotel. Doing remodels. Restaurant next door is awesome If you’re looking for a good breakfast place, go to the Deli downtown. down a block or 2. Best breakfast in town

The newly remodelled section is awesome. We have been staying here for many years and the old rooms are getting a little...tired. But the new ones are great, really clean and comfy! Well done!

My niece and I booked a room here for one night a few weeks ago and we could only stand it for about 15 minutes. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the sink was plugged up and there were dead bugs in the bathtub. There was a horrible smell coming from underneath one of the beds. Our dog would not even eat his food in there. We immediately checked out and were told that our money would be reimbursed, but that still has not happened yet. The manager was incredibly rude and has consistently lied to us about the reimbursement. Never ever book a room here.

They tried renovating. They shouldn't have rented the room unfinished, the microwave and fridge were unable to be plugged in, it looked like there were 2 sorces of heat but none worked( it was 26 degrees in the am). I had to turn the water off in the shower to change the temperature in the middle of showering. There was no hot water at the sink. The new blinds are light and allow all the light in. The bed was comfortable and all new sheets,towels and pillows. We told them in the am about no heat and they didn't care. Give your money to someone else.
