2024-04-29 I visited this Dairy Queen location at 4:45pm. Dining inside, the cleanliness of the restaurant impressed me right away. The staff was excellent! Attentive, courteous, and entertaining. Kudos to Chris Burks for outstanding customer service. The steak finger basket was delicious, and the after lunch Blizzard was perfect! I visit a lot of Dairy Queen locations, and this experience topped my list. Keep up the good work :)
So sad that tonight we experienced some Very rude customer service. We went to the drive thru tonight just to get some ice cream. The lady working the drive thru asked us twice back to back what we wanted and we told her we were looking. This was In the time frame of maybe less than a minute. We couldn’t decide what we wanted and were told, “we on a timer, we don’t have time just be waiting 5 mins for you to decide what you want.” Since when do you have to order under a certain time? We get that they have a time frame to get orders out but do you have to be so rude? Her attitude definitely pushed us away. We ended up not ordering. It cost nothing to be kind…kindness goes so far. We had a long tough day we just wanted some Ice Cream.
It was a sad place at DQ today. I witnessed some hostility between an employee and her boss. She basically quit her shift during a big rush of customers. She said to her manager that, "You know I got other stuff I gotta do and can't be here all day" and he was overwhelmed. He worked the entire station by himself. I do not envy him and also felt bad for him. My food was still tasty despite the wait. But they need to hire more help and let go of the employees that can't put forth any effort at all from what I saw.
If anyone is looking for a side of attitude while ordering their meal this is the place to go. Miss Katrina decided she wanted to be extremely rude when she got my order wrong at the window and when I asked for reassurance of my order. The customer service is extremely un called for. The attitude could have definitely been left out and she was rude for no reason!! DO BETTER DQ
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The rudest employees and the worst management. I have worked in this field for a while and you all still have no training on how to treat customers properly. Your employees hate their job they have to be rude to strangers…yah get rid of them right away or do better training. Or stop hiring lazy people
