If I could rate zero stars, I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. I ordered on my mobile app and when I picked it up in the drive thru, they were rude and had attitude. My app said it would be ready at 9:58, I didn’t get my food until 10:40, my food was cold, drinks had been sitting so long they no longer had ice in them and were flat, my blizzards were drinkable, and then on top of that, food was missing from my order.I will not be going back to this location ever. Going to call corporate and request a refund.

The food left something to be desired. The French fries seemed to be just passed through the oil. They were not done right. The burgers were tasteless. The pickles on the burgers tasted funny. The eating area was freezing. We took our food to the car to eat. Very disappointed in this visit.

So, if you get a blizzard, there's a good chance they will overfill it, as well as having no lid. It turned into a melting blizzard mess on me and in the car before i could arrive home. I am hesitant to get another blizzard because of that. Second, I get the 6pc chicken strip basket. Which contains 6 chicken strips, 2 Texas toast, and fries. I replaced the fries with cheese curds instead, got charged extra for it as expected. Apparently, that means you don't get any Texas toast. Why charge me full price plus extra on the cheese curds just to take the Texas toast away completely? That makes no sense to me, and I feel a bit ripped off. I was willing to pay for it all. Please keep this in mind, thank you.

I should have gone to Wendy's for a frosty! It would have been much thicker. I ordered a snickers blizzard and the consistency was that of a shake. I asked the boy who served me what happened that my blizzard was melted. He turned it over quickly to show it was fine. But it wasn't. I could have used a straw to drink it instead of the spoon I got. I had to freeze it at home before I could eat it. My husband got a chocolate malt and his was the consistency of chocolate milk. We hardly ever splurge on ice cream out and now I know why! I will never go back to the Aberdeen DQ and maybe never go to another DQ. For the price of the two treats, I thought we would get some quality ice cream. Aberdeen deserves so much more from their DQ. I've attached pictures of my blizzard that do not look like the blizzard promo pictures.

I've had ups and downs here. Ordered fries and there was a piece of hair in it. The last 3 orders of onion rings I got were over cooked and greasy. Hair nets and facemasks should be in order when dealing with people's food. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and it was cold. Kids in the kitchen making the food barely put any effort into making the food, it's almost like they don't care. *Update as of 10/30/23* I ordered a wild Alaskan sandwich today and the lettuce was old and brown. This is not okay. This can get people sick. The ingredients were not fresh at all.
