I called for a cab and was told to expect a call, the cab would arrive within 15 minutes. After 20 minutes and no phone call or cab, I called back. The dispatcher claimed the cab had come and gone, that no one came out, and no one answered the phone. He claimed to have called my phone twice. When I told him that I was holding my phone the whole time and it did not ring. He proceeded to argue with me that he had called the correct number. I will NEVER call CYC Transportation again. Terrible customer service.
Watching someone in the backseat throw a cigarette butt out of the window is a great reason not to use this service. That’s so trashy.
I want to share that I arrived with these guys 7 days a week and I have a driver by the name of Andy and I absolutely love him he's the best I hope you guys see this because you should give Andy a raise thank you Rebecca greenawalt
Hate dishonesty and thieves it was a late night for my fiance and I we had stopped at a friend's house up in north hill after gathering a few personal effects from our previous residents. Had call a cab to bring us home the driver was or at that time seemed like a decent individual. As I settled our fare and gave a fair tip it wasn't until I realized I accidentally forgot a high end computer monitor I the back seat. Both my wife and I called the number that called to verify our pick up witch was the driver who dropped us off and Everytime went to voicemail. I called everyday for about two weeks to dispatch to inquire about my item finally on a cold bitter day in January I walked about 3 miles to the office of CYC yellow cab to show my face to inquire about it and not no help nor compassion that that computer monitor is how I conduct my work I do.it like I've been brushed of with the nonverbally saying should of been more aware. That's right I should of been more aware but also I shouldn't of been rushed
Terrible, and all these fake reviews saying they are the best are from people they have gotten to say it. They didn't show at all then had the nerve to call me well after I was supposed to be picked up to say they didn't have my phone number, then how the h--- did you end up calling me. I would never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy. They need to put angry faces instead of stars so that people can truly rate these bogus companies.
