CYC limo driver damaged our driveway because he couldn't back up! After calling, sending photos of the damage and emails, CYC. Refused to take responsibility for that damage. The driver drove in twice, leaving broken sprinklers, broken pipes, deep ruts and countless floral damage. I recommend you find another company for your transport needs. It is a shame the way we were treated!! I would have given them 0 stars but it was not an option. So sad
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. They make you pay up front and lie to you saying you can cancel and get your money back at any time. I was forced to cancel due to COVID and now they will not refund me like they stated. I have tried to contact them several times but now they are completely ignoring my emails and calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Such a pleasure to work with! We have used twice now and will definitely be finding any excuse to use a limo or sprinter bus from them!! Fred is an excellent driver and super nice guy! Highly recommend them to anyone!!
We offered CYC for airport pick up. They were great service and good price! The driver so dressed, professional and friendly. Show up early and confirmed before.
I have used CYC Transport for several years and have always found them to be professional and their drivers courteous and always on time. I have never missed a flight.
