If I could leave 0 stars I would. This CVS has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced I mean they don’t even acknowledge their customers. I sent some photos to get developed and it’s been more than a month and they still aren’t done and I asked who I could contact to get them done and the lady in glasses literally just walked away from me and left me talking to myself. Don’t come here for nothing 🤮
The pharmacists and techs provide slow service and it seems like the patient interrupts their day!
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Employee Justin Okolie was rude, laughed at my frustration because I waited a week for my medication and he had no record of it. He told me to go elsewhere to get my prescription filled! I had never encountered such a rude employee, especially in healthcare! Shame on you CVS! I emailed corporate with a complaint.
I called, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes. Then they picked up and without saying a word immediately hung up. Terrible service and lazy staff.
