I called CVS to inquire on a prescription that I had previously been told would take a month to fill. I was on hold for 37 minutes. I even drove to the store, still on hold, and went to the pharmacy with my phone on speaker. The pharmacist was on the computer at the other end of the counter and no one was in line ahead of me. She ignored me for 5 minutes and finally came to help me. I showed her my phone and asked if she normally left people on hold that long. She replied that she was busy - with no one else in line.... She told me I could complain to customer service and maybe they would hire more help. This is terrible! I will probably move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
I’ve had trouble trying to get my medication Re-filled up here. I called over the weekend, and they said to call on Monday. I went on Monday, but their computers were not working. I called on Tuesday and the pharmacy technician was saying she can’t help it if the company hasn’t delivered the medication yet, told me I cannot get my prescription because my dr emailed my prescription in. I guess I have to not get the medication prescribed to me because whoever is in charge doesn’t believe I need my prescription because they are not delivering. She didn’t ask me if I needed help. Just told me she can’t help me in a very gruff tone. So after waiting for over a 2 weeks for medication that was prescribed, I will have to call my dr on December 22, and hope they will help me get my medication filled somewhere tomorrow.
Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They leave on hold and forget about you. This is second day I try get my diabetes medicine. Which is out of stock. All I need to know if cvs close to this one has it. Transferred from CVS in Pomona to Apple Valley its been nothing but a nightmare.
Depressing place. Understaffed. Staff seems to work hard but understaffed and just get the same feeling that I get when going to Wal-Mart, a company that makes over $1,000 an hour in profits while paying minimum wages so these employees are probably working multiple jobs. Hopefully never have to come back
So many issues with this pharmacy. I’ve had numerous delivery issues where I never receive it but they said it was delivered. Meds aren’t ready even tho they say to come in 30 minutes so I show up 90 minutes because I know they don’t stick to their times but of course it’s not ready so I wait 20 more minutes. I transferred all my meds out of here but my wife was in the ER and they sent her stuff here without asking.
